Safety Management System
Maritime Helicopters has incorporated a Safety Management System (SMS) into its dedicated Safety Program. The SMS combines safety guidance from a variety of sources including the FAA, Transport Canada, and ICAO.
Main programs that support the SMS are Safety Risk Management, Safety Promotion and Safety Assurance.
A positive safety culture is established through routine employee safety meetings.
An important aspect of Safety Assurance is our confidential reporting system. Use the links on the right side of this page to make a report. This information will be forwarded to our Director of Safety.
